We have a committed team with technical experience of the Gas & Oil Industries who understand that our customers requirements are Quality, Cost and Delivery.

A comprehensive range of machinery and a skilled workforce allows us the flexibility to handle both large and small batch quantities in a wide range of materials.

Equally as important as being able to machine accurately, is the ability to inspect what we have machined. To enable us to achieve this we employ a full-time QC Inspector who performs ‘first-off’ ‘and ‘final’ inspection procedures with 100% documented reports available on request. Machine operators are also subject to daily random inspection audits.

Utilizing an extensive range of both manual measuring equipment and CNC controlled coordinate measuring equipment; our manufacturing process has Quality built in from start to finish.

We have a comprehensive range of manual measuring equipment on site.

 Health and Safety Policies & Procedures  are reviewed on a continual on-going basis to ensure curent legislation is met.

We have a comprehensive Internal & External Training Programme for all our employees which allows for us to strive for quality trained staff & for them to achieve their maximum potential.
